At Achilles Design I had the opportunity to further delve into the art of journey mapping especially for the retail market. I build journeys for different aspects of retail ranging from the classical retailer, as discounters, bike shops, energy suppliers and courier services. In some occassions journeys required a more thorough analyses before being able to design a To-Be journeys. In these cases persona's were created to fully depict the stakeholders of the service. Both analysis and ideation of personas and customer journeys were done in cocreation were we, as designers, facilitated the workshops for fast and effective results.
